These unprecedented times might have you rethinking the way you would like to travel. And, whilst we have put together an unbeatable package of measures to keep you safe on an Andante tour – from sourcing COVID-19 insurance to enhanced health and safety protocols, and from socially distanced transportation to the provision of face masks for every day of travel – you may also be interested to know how you can enjoy the full Andante experience in a more independent way.
Individuals and small groups: Several of our itineraries are now available as self-drive – perfect if you wish to strictly social distance for as much of the itinerary as possible, or if you would like that little extra flexibility as you travel from A to B. You can drive your own car, fly to your destination and hire a car, or we could arrange a vehicle and driver for you. You could follow the itinerary exactly and join the rest of the guests and your expert Guide Lecturer at places of interest and the places you stay, or we could source an expert local guide or even an additional Guide Lecturer to travel with you. Please call us on 01722 568316 to discuss your requirements and we can provide a bespoke package price.
Private groups of 10 or more: If you are looking to travel with family, friends, colleagues or as a society or other private group, you have even more flexibility. You could choose any of our existing itineraries and travel with your own Guide Lecturer on dates of your choice. Alternatively, we could tailor-make a completely new itinerary for your group to any destination in the world and for almost any special interest, from food and wine to art and architecture, history and archaeology to music and drama. What’s more, we generally offer a free place on the tour for the group leader. Again, simply give us a call on 01722 568316 to discuss your requirements.
However you are looking to travel, be sure to do so with a company already proven to successfully operate tours in the COVID-19 era. With Andante Travels, the world is still yours to explore.
